On our program your patients will work with your own professional personal trainer in a program designed specifically for your patients and your patients’ goals. You will work on 3 key aspects of fitness: Mobility and flexibility, Cardiovascular training, and Resistance or Strength training. Each program is tailored to your patient’s ability taking into account you age, any limitations or injuries they may have, previous exercise history, and their current starting fitness level. Once considered to be pampering for the rich and famous, massage therapy is now finding enormous popularity among millions of Americans. Massage therapy has been shown to reduce waste products such as lactic acid that build up in muscles that are overworked. Massage therapy loosens tight muscles preventing formation of adhesions that restrict your range of motion and cause arthritis to set in. The 8 Weeks To Wellness program will show your patients how to eat for the rest of their life. This is not a quick fix diet, a liquid diet, a starvation diet, a low carb diet, etc. It is simply an eating program that will teach your patient, maybe for the first time, how to eat properly. As part of the 8 Weeks to Wellness® Program, your patient will learn how to read a food label, determine proper portion control, eat more frequent, smaller meals, and they will learn about their body’s need for proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Chiropractic and the Chiropractor lifestyle worked for Babe Ruth a hundred years ago.

And you know what, not much has changed in terms of keeping people healthy for a hundred years. Check out the highlighted area of this article. It’s what we Chiropractors do every day in our practices a 100 years later.

What has changed? It’s that we’ve been told that health comes from a prescription or procedure. People have been fooled and advertised to and now believe that magic pill is going to cure their problem, when in fact, it is just covering up their symptoms and physiology for a while and most of the time creating other long term problems.

As I always say, people neeed TWO doctors in today’s world. There’s are 2 totally different doctors in their philosophy and the way they practice. A sick care doctor for when you get sick and you will at some point, p.s. you probably already have one.

AND a true wellness doctor to keep you from getting sick in the first place, you should go find one because most likely, you don’t have one.
