I got to record the first voice sections in the studio today. It felt like a such a full circle moment. One year in the making. 🌈 What a week it has already been.

❤️ Avrie’s cheer team finished 4th in the state. A record high for the school.

🧡 AJ and I have been spending our days in the new studio, settling into the rhythm of creating in a space that finally feels complete.

💛 I completely finished my first children’s book, and I’m getting a proposal ready to send out to publishers. I was part of a writer’s workshop last year, which means I can submit directly to Hay House. A Colorful Way Through is in the editing phase now, and I may be submitting a proposal for that as well.

💚 The very first NeuroScenes paid membership group will launch in February, and we should have our first professional recordings ready by the end of the month.

💙 I feel incredibly blessed to be living this stage of building my business while also having this last year of school with Avrie. There is something really special about getting to experience both at the same time.

💜 My days are flowing in such a smooth, balanced way right now, and I am genuinely loving how everything feels.

🌈 Grateful, present, and soaking it all in.

🌈 IT IS DONE.
The very first NeuroScene Recording Studio is complete.

❤️ AJ Fustich thank you so much for all the hard work you poured into this space. I truly could not have done this without you. Videos are coming soon, but I could not wait another moment to share this.

🧡 The rainbow floorboard is a deeply special piece. I included photos of my brothers, my nephew, and my grandma, along with symbols that represent each of my children.

💛 AJ. The Anchor and Compass.
He steadies me, but he also guides me when I need it.

💚 Austin. The Shield with a Lion on it.
Our protector. He is more protective of Avrie than her dad sometimes. He also has the heart of a lion.

💙 Alec. The Oak Tree.
I always say being near him feels like standing next to one. You just feel safe, supported, and grounded.

💜 Avrie. Heart and dragonfly.
She keeps us all connected in the most loving ways. Her nursery was decorated in dragonflies, and she and I have matching dragonfly tattoos.

🌈I wanted all the elements represented in this space, just as they are in my Scenes. This studio holds my whole heart. I can not wait to get in here and create what I know will help so many people feel better.

🌈 Up early this morning, putting the finishing touches on my Scene for the final session of the Holiday Harmony Series.

❤️ The women who joined me this round experienced four very different NeuroScenes, each one designed to guide the nervous system in a unique way.

🧡 In week one, we sipped and strolled down Sugarplum Street. A lively street filled with life‑size gingerbread houses, each offering a different flavored hot chocolate, unique décor, and the most joyful sensations woven throughout.

💛 Week two was Gliding Through Holiday Park. Imagine a horse‑drawn sleigh moving through a stunning park filled with holiday lights. This one included a choose‑your‑own‑adventure moment where you could either lace up skates or sit by the fire, watching others glide by.

💚 In week three, I wanted to create something more symbolic. The Tide of Trees became a journey of releasing the emotional weight of the year past. Thirteen uniquely decorated and scented trees lined a beach at sunset, each one offering space to let go.

💙 Today marks our final session. The Walk of Optimism leads through a beautiful garden and onto a street of seven unique cottages, each representing a different area of life. Inside each one, participants embody feelings like vitality and abundance. We are even creating a piece of art in this Scene.

💜 What has blown me away most over the last six months is the feedback I now receive almost daily.
“It feels like I took the most incredible power nap, yet I wasn’t asleep.”
“It energizes me for hours afterward.”

🌈 When I first began this work, I truly thought I was creating a form of meditation. But after months of feedback and sharing my work with professionals who understand this on a deeper level, I realized something important. This is a neural imagination‑based experience that helps the nervous system practice calm. People with very active minds tell me they can feel their thoughts wanting to drift to things like grocery lists, yet the Scene gently carries them away.

🌈 The entire reason I wanted to create this work was for those moments when you wish you had a switch to turn your brain off. These Scenes give you that switch.

🌈 Students have reported sleeping better, waking up with calmer minds instead of immediate overdrive. One student who wears an Oura Ring consistently shows relaxed and restored readings every time she listens to a Scene.

🌈 AJ and I are stepping into our brand‑new recording studio this week. With over 70 NeuroScenes ready to record, the next phase is adding cinematic music and sound effects so you can fully immerse yourself in these experiences.

🌈My 2025

❤️ What a year it has been! I saw a reel from Mel Robbins where she suggested going back through your phone and really looking at the photos from the past year, month to month, pulling out the moments that truly mattered. She talked about how easy it is to get stuck reflecting on everything we did not accomplish. That used to be me.

🧡 This time of year used to send my mind straight into the should have, could have loop. But I am grateful to say I have reached a place of radical acceptance with the pace of my life. I no longer get stuck there, and that feels like one of the biggest wins of all.

💛 I rang in 2025 beside my three best friends. The basement remodel was finally finished after the flood. I created and launched my very first podcast series, Turn on the Color. I hosted my first in person events in the Pittsburgh area, driving around to gas stations and restaurants and pinning up flyers like the old days.

💚 Avrie competed at Nationals in Florida, and I also got to watch her compete again at Disney World. While there, I met unexpected friends and had one conversation that led me to one of the most profound books I read this year. I read over 50 books in 2025. Only one was fiction. Some were more than 100 years old, yet their timeless pages felt as if they could have been written yesterday.

💙 My friendships expanded in the most beautiful ways. I got to see friends I made at my 2024 retreat not once but twice, including one who traveled here from Israel.

💜I do not think I would have moved through 2025 as smoothly as I did without having a place of restoration. Our family cottage became that space. Many weekends and even full weeks there, sometimes completely alone, shaped so much of me this year. I took myself on solo writing adventures to beautiful parks, unique coffee shops, and large gardens. Writing in the Bishop’s Garden at the National Cathedral stands out as one of those moments.

❤️Loved ones who have passed made their presence known through the most beautiful signs. Even though navigating the years now is very different, I have found a true peace walking with grief.

🧡I spent incredible weekends with my three nieces and realized, while going through these photos, how much more time I spent with Eugene than I noticed in the moment. I celebrated the Fourth of July watching fireworks over the city of Pittsburgh with Avrie. There was live music and concerts throughout the year, both local and far. Avrie had three formals and unforgettable cheer moments, including winning WPIALs for a second year in a row, a history first for her school. Watching her be crowned Homecoming Queen is a moment I will never forget.

💚I also got to do a special overnight at The Grand Resort with the women in my family to celebrate my aunt’s victory over pancreatic cancer. Being upgraded to the Presidential Suite was a fun and unexpected bonus.

💙AJ and I took road trip adventures, and being initiated into the ancient practice of Kriya Yoga beside him is one of my most treasured memories of this year. I went kayaking for the first time on a very rough river, definitely not a beginner experience, and I am proud that at 48 I still push myself to try new things. I was interviewed on several podcasts and had my first real speaking opportunity, which opened the door to the second half of the year filling my paid programs with the most incredible women from all over the world.

💜 NeuroScenes came to life because of them. I have written over 70 NeuroScenes to date. The recording studio is almost finished and most likely will become my second home in the first quarter of this year. My first book, A Colorful Way Through, is in final edits, and my second book, The Color Code, is already underway. I pulled off a surprise 18th birthday for Avrie and spent the final part of December having dinners with friends. Just yesterday, I even had a movie date with my Dad and sons.

❤️ On January 9th I will launch my newly rebranded podcast, Inside the Colorful Mind, beginning with an interview with a beautiful 97 year old woman who still plays classical piano. I cannot imagine a better way to begin a new year.

🧡 January will also mark the opening of my very first monthly membership community. This will be the home of the full NeuroScene library and where I will perform them live twice a week. A trip to Sedona with AJ is planned for March. As for the rest of 2026, I am ready. Open to receiving all the blessings life has to offer, no matter what they look like.
