Hope4Tomorrow

Hope4Tomorrow Hope4Tomorrow is an innovative program that helps folks focus on the importance of their own wellness. Interested in a Hope 4 Tomorrow program?

Empowering trainings and resources are available to the community around subjects like suicide prevention and mental health awareness. Using live student polls, an empowering speaker, and education, students are given the chance to examine their own mental wellness and learn how to seek help. This program engages students in the conversations they need to be having. Contact Ty Williams at (215) 350-3638 or email TWilliams@accessservices.org.

We're so excited to be partnering with Access Services, Inc., Peer Support and Teen Talk Lines, and Hope4Tomorrow to host a Teen Wellness and Art Night on November 18 at CSD Cheltenham High School! 🖌

This is an opportunity for high school students to step away from the hustle and bustle of the fall season for a night. They'll be able to eat dinner 🍕, create meaningful art that connects with their mental health journey 🎨, and learn more about mental wellness 🧠.

Happy Global Peer Support Celebration Day!

On this day, we celebrate the power of sharing lived experience and we, especially, celebrate the peers who so willingly share their stories of hope to others.

How will you show gratitude to the peers in your life today?

Its Mental Illness Awareness Month.

Mental Illness is not always visible on the outside. This week, consider how you can become more aware, more compassionate, and more understanding to the challenges people face everyday.

If you are someone with mental illness, know that your community is out there. Together we can break silence, stigma, and shame.

Last week, Commissioner Jamila Winder invited local CPSs to attend Montgomery County's Reflections in Recovery event. The event was filled with powerful examples of recovery and hope.

Often, the topic of substance use/abuse is still considered taboo. However, at this event, many folks bravely shared their stories of recovery and lived experience. Cultivating safe spaces to hold these conversations is an act of su***de prevention and we are proud to see our county participating in such measures.

We are taking a moment today to reflect on August. The month of August proved to be a busy one in Montgomery County, as we were gearing up for a new school year and September being Su***de Prevention Awareness Month.

Our Hope 4 Tomorrow program visited several colleges and workplaces to facilitate QPR: Question, Persuade, and Refer, a su***de prevention gatekeeper training. We are so impressed when the community steps up to get educated and add more to their toolbox. 190 community members are newly equipped with life saving techniques and conversation skills. We are impressed and we are grateful for you - Thank you!
