As a former triathlete myself (although never competing in an Ironman), I know that these endurance races are no small feat. This woman is a true example of grit at the young age of 80! Anything is possible if you set your mind to it! We don't all have to aspire to be 80 year-old triathletes, but we ALL should make exercise a part of our daily routine, no matter how old we are!

Natalie Grabow became the first ever female finisher in the 80-84 category in Kona as 13 Age Group World Champions were crowned.
