Choosing to live a healthy, active lifestyle takes hard work and dedication. Then soon enough it kicks into habit and then second nature. The personal rewards are so incredible and essential to an amazing life that it all becomes undeniably worth it. A choice that can easily be spoken or thought about but where the challenge begins is just getting started or as I like to say..."Take Flight". My business the past 14 years has been filled with unbelievable growth, opportunities, travel and clients. It encompasses many different facets of massage therapy, personal training and nutritional health & wellness. Being passionate about what I do is of utmost importance. Im continuously educating and the lifetime athlete that I am pushes me to strive, inspire and dedicate myself to all those around me. Im beyond grateful and look forward to what is ahead.
