Starting in November now that fall season is over for my clientele and myself I will be taking on clients looking to build a foundation for competing this winter. I will be making plans THIS WEEK to start November 1 and am only taking 4 more clients on for the month to see how I can handle the work load. and client Mike O'Brien dialing in 8 weeks out of the . Mike won the lightweight class last year but this year he's chasing the overall and later his pro card. Last year Mike was dieting on low carb and low fat. This year he is hitting his macros on a flexible diet and a great amount of carbs for gym energy and muscle retention. Mike is also only doing less than an hour and a half of cardio a week. He is clearly going to come in much fuller, more muscular, and with higher energy levels.

June is only 11 weeks away! Why not transform your physique to shock everyone you know when you hit the beach or pool? These type of workouts are a huge misconception in the fitness world. Squat challenges, burpees, and these type of high rep at-home workouts do not result in growth of the glutes or butt. Most anything over a 8-12 HARD rep range does not accelerate muscle growth. It aids the body in an aerobic way. Doing high rep excersises works on muscle function and endurance but not growth. Women have a hard enough time building muscle in any regard without the testosterone that males have and need to lift weights and lift them heavy to grow their glutes or any other body part.
