Today was a great day! As I was on the road this morning, a provider called me requesting an urgent last minute visit. Three patients were scheduled for blood draws, however, there was a sick staff member. Not only did Tri-State Phlebotomy prevent three cancellations, we showed up within 3hrs of getting the phone call!
