Tonight is the longest night of the year.

More darkness than light.

If you’ve been feeling heavy, tired, or tender lately — you’re not behind. This is the season.

You don’t need to do anything big tonight.
Just one thing.

Light a candle or incense.
Sit in the dark.
Breathe.
Set one simple intention for what you want to feel more of as the light slowly returns.

That’s enough.

Yesterday was a day…

Today is a new one—and it’s already going better.

Happy Fearless Friday, y’all.

You are here to shine ✨
Not by pretending everything’s okay—
but by showing up anyway.

We grow more when we support ourselves and each other.

If you showed up for me yesterday, thank you.
I’m incredibly grateful you’re in my life.

No time but the present—
to kick the sadness away, choose gratitude,
and remember:
the holidays are about LOVE, not gifts.

Your presence is enough.
You are enough—always and forever.

Sending love and hugs,
💪🏻🖤 KK

25 Days of BUTI 2025
Day 18 — Low Plank (Chaturanga Dandasana)
Host of the Day:

Prompt:
What quiet strength are you building beneath the surface?

The quiet strength I’m building is the strength to keep going.
To stay on my own path — no matter how hard it gets.
To not let anything or anyone sway me from my truth.

It’s the strength to show up honestly, not hide, not numb, not disappear.
The strength to protect my mental wellness.
To not go down the rabbit hole.
To not relapse.
To not make choices that hurt myself or others.

I understand now how overwhelm can break people.
I understand the pressure.
And instead of checking out, I choose change.

The strength I’m building is vulnerability with boundaries.
Transparency with accountability.
Authenticity so real that I call myself out — and keep moving forward.

I keep showing up.
I keep shifting when I need to.
I don’t stay stuck.

That’s my quiet strength.

12/18/2025

I don’t know about you,
but this year has truly been a test—
of love, strength, staying present, practicing gratitude,
and recognizing the people who actually show up for me.

This year has tested our character, our values,
and our collective humanity
in a way I have never experienced in my lifetime—
not to this degree.

I show up anyway.
Because many people are struggling—myself included—
more than you could probably imagine.
I don’t complain. I pray.
And I ask for help and support when I need it.

I know in my heart that when we show up for one another,
everything is always working out for our greatest good. ❤️

So when you find yourself complaining about the little things,
remember that some people are truly suffering.
Are you suffering—or just uncomfortable?

And if you are suffering,
I’ll pray for you—just like I pray for myself.
Because I’ve seen how quickly life can change.
I’ve seen how the strength within us is Divine strength,
and how it carries us through.

Happy Tenacious Thursday, y’all.

This isn’t a judgment thing at all.
It’s just something I’ve noticed — in myself and in people I love.

When alcohol is out of the picture for a bit, people tend to be more present, clearer, kinder, and more grounded.

Just an observation from my experience.

Have you ever tried taking a break from alcohol?

25 Days of Buti
Day 16 — Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana)

Host of the Day: Melanieyocum

Prompt: What’s one thing you’re trusting the Universe, God, or Source to work out — even if you can’t see how yet?

I’m trusting that everything I’ve been working on and dreaming about will come true — or unfold into something even better.

As long as I stay true to myself, be kind, and keep serving humanity, I know it will all work out.

Because it already is.
