Living sober is the hardest thing I’ve ever done… and most of it I had to figure out alone.

You give up a whole identity.
A whole version of yourself.
Sometimes even people who were part of that old version.

This time around, I knew I couldn’t fall back. I had to show up for myself in a way I never had before — or I wouldn’t be here.

If you’re sober, trying, or even thinking about it…
I’m proud of you.
Even if no one in your life understands.
Even if you feel completely alone.

Choosing sobriety is choosing your life. 🖤🤘🏻

Yo, I’m totally freaked out right now you guys….I completely forgot this part of my life! Once I moved to NYC when I was 21, I never sang or played music again! I partied, I raved, I was a club kid in the 90’s.

I didn’t look to move or leave the band, but an opportunity was presented to me, and I didn’t want to regret not moving to NYC.

However, I DO REGRET never playing music again. Oh my heart 💔.

I didn’t even know this footage was on YouTube. My brother Glenn Kellner has live footage up on YouTube which I just found.

I am so emotional right now, it’s like something inside of me just cracked opened, a locked door from my past.

I am crying just typing this.

Tears mean something. Something is happening within me, and I will follow my intuition on this and continue to remember what I love so much, making and playing music.
