How long do you say “Happy New Year”? Because apparently this is a heated debate 😅
Listen… we’re team do what you want, say it whenever you want, for as long as you want. January 7th? January 17th? February?? Who are we to police joy?!

Either way, the world basically treats January like a fresh start. Of course… that’s up for debate too—unless you’re talking to the IRS. They’re very clear about when “the new year” begins. 🙃

So tell us: do y’all set intentions and/or resolutions? Or are you more of a “soft reset, one day at a time” kind of person? And if any of it has to do with health and wellness—sleep, stress, energy, digestion, hormones, immunity, mood—we really want to hear where your head is at.

Thank you for another year of love, real conversations, and showing up for yourselves. We don’t take it lightly. We are so grateful for the way our community continues to show up, and we are so excited about this New Year.
Just a quick note: we’re closed for winter break until January 7. We’ll be back after that, rested and ready to make more Dope Magic.
