2 months to the new year... how do you want to look and feel?

The difference between the 2 pics is consistency... and not just at the gym... I ditched the excuses and made myself a priority! I ate whatever I wanted, but I prioritized the timing. I was walking 6 miles a day, but I started lifting heavy 3 times a week and actually gained weight in the picture on the left. I started to work on my mindset and nervous system and ditched worrying about people who cared less about my health and wellbeing... ✌🏼 I created boundaries for myself!

The girl on the right forgot who the heck she was, she was lost running around taking care of everyone but herself….the girl on the left knows better now 🥰

You can have results or excuses...the choice is yours!! 💪🏼

As always, I've got the tools and I've got you 🫶🏼. You just need to commit to yourself... what are you waiting for!?

My dedicated patient wasn’t going to blame her age when symptoms started to creep in….we got a plan together that works for her…to literally start aging in reverse!!! 💧 4 Signs Your Body Isn’t Draining Properly 💧

Your drainage pathways (lymph, liver, kidneys, skin, bowels) are like your body’s built-in detox highways.
