Dr. Erica Wilkins, LMFT Dr. Erica Wilkins is a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with individuals, couples and families. What is a Marriage and Family Therapist?

The people in our lives influence our mental well being. Licensed Marriage and Family therapists (LMFTs) are mental health professionals who work with individuals, couples and families. LMFTs believe that an individual's emotional challenges can be better treated when understood within the context of their past or present relationships. Dr. Erica Wilkins has received over 3,600 hours of supervised clinical work experience. She is a clinical assistant professor who trains masters and doctoral level couple and family therapy students. Dr. Wilkins is the recipient of numerous awards and is a published author who has presented locally, nationally, and internationally.
