The outdoor Baby & Me Yoga crew had the opportunity to ask their burning infant care and sleep questions today, as we hosted special guest Ria Savoy . Ria is a local doula, newborn care specialist and certified sleep consultant with a passion for helping families with infants get the support and info they need.
