For a woman whose coaching program is called SHINE, there’s no better quote! ⭐️

My whole life changed when I started practicing the mindsets and actions that I share with my clients. I truly feel like I shine from the inside out. People always remark on the energy I have. That NEVER happened before. In fact, I think my energy repelled people! I was caught in comparisons, weighed down by unworthiness, stalled by my self-image. It affected everything I did, and more importantly, all the things I didn’t do!

Now, I SHINE like the whole universe is mine. I expect amazing and make amazing things happen in my life. You can too!!

Got to hug Kim Welcome for the first time as she lives in the Bahamas. Was privileged to enjoy incredibly smart conversation with Romaine Wright and Alvina Peat as well. It was a phenomenal afternoon! Thank you Kim for the Bahamian Rum Cake! We were definitely vibing on the wardrobe picks today! We decided we were a sunflower! 🌻

I never remember what was said when I am invited to be a guest on a podcast. I know this was a great conversation because when I listened back, I felt like I was experiencing it for the first time and it sucked me right in!

We spoke about all kinds of connecting: relationships at work and personal, with oneself, and with humanity. We covered confidence and self-love. We talked about moving past the stories we carry so we can give to others without expecting anything in return. It was a BIG conversation!

The truth is you are strong, you are powerful, you are a shining light. You’ve just forgotten.

Quite the nonsense. Trust yourself. Ride the wave. You will be more than okay, you will be radiant. You’ve got this. It’s going to be okay.

You are NEVER alone. Trust that there is loving energy always surrounding you. Whether I know you or not, I am holding you in love and positivity.

When you feel alone or lonely, remember and trust. Lean into your own loving energy. Lean into sharing your love with others. Every act of kindness connects you. Smile. Say hello. Lend a hand.
