Thrive Therapy is growing our team and looking for Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs) in Berks County and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Cumberland & Perry Counties to support children with developmental and behavioral needs!

Behavior Health Technicians (BHT) – Berks County

🤝Work with children to implement behavioral interventions following their Behavior Plan
🩵Provide positive reinforcement and redirection
📝Monitor and document behavioral progress
👏🏾Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) – Cumberland & Perry Counties

✅Implement ABA-based behavior plans with fidelity
📊Collect and track data to monitor progress
💜Encourage positive behaviors and provide gentle redirection
🗣️Communicate with parents, teachers, and colleagues to support each child’s growth

We’re proud to share that we officially graduated from the Rise to Readiness Institute, a collaboration between Evidence-Based Practices (EPIC) and the University of Pennsylvania!

This program has been an incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and strengthen the way we support our community. We’re grateful for the chance to collaborate with so many dedicated Philadelphia providers and to be part of a cohort so committed to improving access to high-quality behavioral health services.
