There only 2 things that have EVER actually hacked my ADHD:
1. Following my Joy
2. Manifestational work: envisioning the desired outcome & not worrying about the how.
Every other hack I've ever found tries to buck against the current of who I already am. It feels like I'm a square peg constantly trying to be forced into a round hole.
But following my bliss & actually seeing myself in the desired outcome works & let me tell you why:
It gives me the DOPAMINE hit I need BEFORE doing the hard tedious task.
Then suddenly, I find myself joyfully hyper focused on a task I would've avoided & resisted for months.
TRUST ME, IT WORKS!
