Don’t miss it! šŸšØšŸ””

On Wednesday January 7th, join us for our free, virtual Lunch & Learn: Date Night and Intimacy for Couples and Dating Singles When Living with Parkinson’s Disease, brought to you courtesy of Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health Las Vegas.

Parkinson’s doesn’t just affect movement. It can influence identity, emotional closeness, desire, confidence, and how partners relate to each other day-to-day. Whether you’ve been with your partner for decades or you’re stepping back into dating, these changes can feel overwhelming.

This presentation includes practical ideas, gentle guidance, and real-world strategies to help individuals feel confident and connected again.

As we step into a new year, we’re taking a moment to pause, reflect, and say thank you.

This past year at Anyone Can Move, we witnessed courage in its many forms—older adults showing up to learn how to move with confidence, how to fall safely, and how to get back up again; families navigating the uncertainty of a Parkinson’s diagnosis with honesty, resilience, and community; and caregivers making space for learning, connection, and hope.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who trusted us with their time and their stories. Every class attended, every question asked, every small breakthrough reminded us why this work matters.

Movement isn’t just about strength or technique—it’s about independence, dignity, and the confidence to keep engaging with life.

To our participants: thank you for your commitment and openness.

To families and care partners: thank you for allowing us to walk alongside you.

To our partners and supporters: thank you for believing that education, preparation, and compassion can change lives.

As we look ahead, we remain committed to creating practical, empowering programs that meet people where they are—helping them move more safely, recover more effectively, and feel less alone along the way.

Here’s to a new year filled with learning, movement, and moments of progress—big and small.

With gratitude,
Anyone Can Move
