Everyone can learn how to fall.

In our Bounce Back program, we practice simple skills that help you stay safe and confident. Participants learn how to fall more safely, how to move on the floor, and how to get back up with control.

The class is supportive, encouraging, and even a little fun. Everyone works at their own pace while building strength, confidence, and peace of mind.

Excited to be assisting with a Dance for Parkinson’s training in Towson this Sunday!

Dance for PD is a core part of Anyone Can Move’s programming, with classes available at Hall Mercer in Philadelphia. I’m looking forward to sharing what I’ve learned as a Dance for Parkinson’s instructor.

Dance for PD is a community program of Discalced, Inc (dba Mark Morris Dance Group), a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit organization.
