Staying active is important—but staying safe is essential.

In Ukemi Project, we focus on teaching the art of falling and recovery in a controlled, supportive environment. With experienced instruction and soft mats designed for comfort, you can build confidence, improve balance, and learn how to protect your body if a fall ever happens.

It’s never too late to strengthen your movement, reduce injury risk, and feel more secure in your everyday life.

Our next session is April 11th at Zhang Sah in Queen Village. Learn more here: https://anyonecanmove.com/contact-us

Ukemi — Japanese for “falling without harm.”

Falls are one of the biggest risks to independence as we get older, and learning how to fall without harm starts in a safe environment.

Our safe falling techniques build confidence, improve balance awareness, and help older adults stay active rather than fearful of movement.
