Who doesn’t love doing some deadlifts or RDL’s?
But you may feel like you don’t really get the most out of them. Or you feel like there’s something missing and they “feel” harder than they should.
This particular component of these lifts seems to be a conversation I have a lot with my clients.
It comes down to packing the lats.
Simply put, you can’t have as much strength output, without the stability of the load…
And that starts with the lats.
