“My cholesterol had been creeping higher for several years, and at my most recent annual physical my doctor said that my cholesterol had risen to a point that we would need to consider medication if I couldn’t bring the numbers down through lifestyle changes. I was also dealing with worsening reflux that was starting to impact my sleep, and during the day bloating and digestive discomfort were impacting my quality of life.
In the 6 months that I have been working with Chris, my total cholesterol has decreased by almost 40 points and I have lost over 40 pounds. I’m no longer dealing with daily reflux and bloating, and subjectively I just feel better in my body.
From a practical standpoint I have made huge changes in my overall nutritional habits. My protein and fiber intake have increased while my sodium and saturated fat intake have decreased.
This is the first time in my life that I have lost weight while not feeling like I am “dieting.” The focus has been more on what I am adding to my diet and not what I am taking away. I am paying more attention to specific nutrients and increasing reliance on whole foods.
Chris has helped me look at the bigger picture instead of obsessing over every single meal like it will make or break my progress.
I would recommend this coaching to anyone that wants to make a change in their nutrition habits. It doesn’t matter if the motivation is for specific medical reasons, desire to lose weight, wanting to learn more about fueling your body effectively, or a whole host of other reasons.
I especially recommend Chris to anyone who feels like they need a more personal approach to nutrition than the general information that you find on social media or through mass market wellness plans.
For me, having someone to talk through my thought process and troubleshoot in real time has been invaluable.”

Sustainable progress usually starts when nutrition stops feeling like a list of restrictions and starts becoming a clear framework for everyday decisions.
