“I began working with Chris to validate my diet and eating habits with a goal of losing 10 pounds.

Since starting, my discipline around meal timing has improved significantly. Adding more intentional snacks throughout the day has helped stabilize my hunger and energy.

I’ve become much more aware of how nutrition supports my activity and overall health.

More than ever I realize that food is fuel. Since I need fuel to live, it makes sense to eat in a way that maximizes nutritional well-being and supports an active lifestyle.

I am gaining more awareness and discipline as I move forward.

I believe anyone trying to improve their overall health, lose weight, and take control of their nutrition would benefit from working with All Axis Nutrition.”

Two states most people recognize.

Underfueled.
Overfed.

Neither feels great.

Sometimes the swing between them isn’t about willpower — it’s about timing.

The skill is learning how to stay closer to the middle — where eating is more deliberate and energy feels steady and more predictable.

Structure and intention earlier in the day influences the whole pattern.

“My cholesterol had been creeping higher for several years, and at my most recent annual physical my doctor said that my cholesterol had risen to a point that we would need to consider medication if I couldn’t bring the numbers down through lifestyle changes. I was also dealing with worsening reflux that was starting to impact my sleep, and during the day bloating and digestive discomfort were impacting my quality of life.

In the 6 months that I have been working with Chris, my total cholesterol has decreased by almost 40 points and I have lost over 40 pounds. I’m no longer dealing with daily reflux and bloating, and subjectively I just feel better in my body.

From a practical standpoint I have made huge changes in my overall nutritional habits. My protein and fiber intake have increased while my sodium and saturated fat intake have decreased.

This is the first time in my life that I have lost weight while not feeling like I am “dieting.” The focus has been more on what I am adding to my diet and not what I am taking away. I am paying more attention to specific nutrients and increasing reliance on whole foods.

Chris has helped me look at the bigger picture instead of obsessing over every single meal like it will make or break my progress.

I would recommend this coaching to anyone that wants to make a change in their nutrition habits. It doesn’t matter if the motivation is for specific medical reasons, desire to lose weight, wanting to learn more about fueling your body effectively, or a whole host of other reasons.

I especially recommend Chris to anyone who feels like they need a more personal approach to nutrition than the general information that you find on social media or through mass market wellness plans.

For me, having someone to talk through my thought process and troubleshoot in real time has been invaluable.”

Sustainable progress usually starts when nutrition stops feeling like a list of restrictions and starts becoming a clear framework for everyday decisions.

Most people think meal prep means a full Sunday production.

It doesn’t have to.

Sometimes it’s just making a little more than you need and putting the next meal in a container before you sit down to eat.

One small proactive move today can make tomorrow much easier.

What’s one small thing that’s been making meals easier lately?

Most people assume improving their nutrition requires a complete overhaul.

In reality, the biggest progress often comes from stepping back, identifying what actually matters, and adjusting a few key levers.

Nutrition doesn’t need to be extreme to be effective.

Before we started working together, Don described feeling about 60 pounds overweight and struggling both physically and mentally.

What stood out from the beginning was his mindset. He came in determined to change and ready to engage with the process.

Over time he became much more aware of how he was eating and how his previous habits were working against him. One thing he didn’t expect? He actually started enjoying tracking his intake — something he once thought he would never say.

What makes coaching work is that each session builds on the last. We review what’s working, troubleshoot what isn’t, and set the next plan together so it fits the reality of his day-to-day life.

His words:

“At each session Chris comes up with a plan to go forward that includes my input. It’s tailored to my situation and feels comfortable.”

He summed up who this is for pretty well:

“Anybody who has had enough and really wants to make (and embrace) a real change.”

Sometimes.

Sometimes it’s about structure.
Sometimes it’s about removing friction.
Sometimes it’s about adjusting expectations so effort actually pays off.

The tool should match the problem — not the other way around.
