Born and raised in rural Vermont I moved to Philadelphia in 2024 to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. I have worked as a nurse tech and elementary school teacher so I am aware of how important self care is for your well being. Whether it be relaxation, stress relief, pain management, or a good night's sleep I would love to help you meet your self care goals. My continued education in grief massage, meditation paired with massage, and massage for those with fibromyalgia will help me to meet your goals through felt safety and therapeutic alliance.
