A lot can happen in 4yrs. A new Olympic Gold Medalist, a new President, or even a Whole New Life...

4yrs ago, my Soul Brotha was in withdrawal from He**in while freezing his JackA$$ off in the midst of Winter... While in an ABANDONED HOUSE with ONLY a T-Shirt and his own breath to stay warm enough to survive.
~
But through the help of friends, even Strangers and most definitely a Higher Power, this Man not only Recovered himself but is now on a Mission to Empower others to seek the same for themselves.
~
May 25th 2015 is a special day because it marks to beginning of his metamorphosis to becoming a Leader of the Recovery Community today through the help of .

But is it Odd or just God that I graduated Medical School on May 25th after 4yrs of imprisonment from 🔥Medical HELL🔥...? Whatever the case may be, Brandon and I don’t celebrate Cinco de Mayo... it’s all about veinti-Cinco de Mayo 👊

Sometimes Life can feel so Hopeless (Yes, even for a Psychiatrist) that I choose to disconnect from those around me and travel... Alone.

By fleeing to Romania, my Mission was to collect new experiences WITHOUT Limitations, to be completely free and accepting of what The Universe has to offer with open arms.
~
And through a vast array of new sights & scenes in Brasov, walking the graffiti filled streets of Bucharest while reconnecting with Old Souls... My Spirit has been rejuvenated and now there is a new sense of Hope within.

We’ve all heard the saying that ‘Knowledge is Power’. Well that statement is BS.
~
You can be the Smartest guy in the room, but if all You do is stay in the room... then technically whether You existed or not didn’t matter to the rest of the World.
~
Power by definition is the ability to Create, Control, Influence or Change. Say You have possess the Knowledge to create a massive impact in World, but never apply it. Then is that Knowledge really Power or Waste?
~
Always remember that Knowledge is Power Only when Applied. Apply Yourself well my PeopleZ 👊

Contrary to popular beliefs, the Opposite of Love is Not Hate, Hostility or Contempt. Before revealing the answer below, Comment below to take a jab at this! I would ‘Love’ to hear Your thoughts.
The correct answer is Apathy (or indifference), when You just don’t care. If someone hates You... Well at least they still give a S**t. It’s still an intense emotion held within a person.

Hate, Anger, Resentment and all other negative emotions are the side effects of A LACK OF LO❤️E!
~
Next time You see a Hater, if You can somehow find the strength within to show some ❤️ then the results will be better than any antidepressant out in the market. Spread the Love my PeopleZ. ESPECIALLY to Yourselves 👊

Not everyone is deserving of Your energy or attention.
~
In Your lifetime, chances are that Someone will say Something to p**s You off. But if You have an emotional reaction to every dumb thing that is said to You, inevitably You will suffer.
~
Having said that, some PeopleZ words should carry more weight than others. If Your BFF says You’ve been acting a Fool lately, perhaps there may be some Truth to it.
~
But If someone cuts You off on the highway and flips You the finger, is that person worthy of occupying ANY negative real estate in Your mind?
~
A Cerebral person wouldn’t offer the courtesy of a Response, whereas others may React on an animalistic impulsive nature and go ApeS**t (and possibly get themselves killed in the process).
~
In MY Opinion... Your opinion of You and who understands You best are what matters most. The opinions of those who don’t matter, should not matter.
~
You cannot Control what others think about You. But You Can Control what YOU think about, What others think about You 👊

Just because You are a Nerd, doesn’t mean You have to dress like One 🤓
~
In High School, some dude called me a ‘Chink’ and body slammed me in gym class. He dislocated my left shoulder (in front of a girl I had a crush on) as I was choking on my own arm in panic.
~
I was embarrassed, angry, and promised myself this... “One day, this muthafuk@h is gonna serve me my fries”. My anger fueled me to hit the gym, study my A$$ off to Succeed, push myself to reach higher limits.
~
And then 10yrs later while I was in medical school, I stopped by a subshop and THAT dude made me a sandwich! I guess it True that revenge is best served cold....
~
Pain is the Greatest motivating force, followed by inspiration. My message to my PeopleZ has always been to empower ourselves and to Succeed in Oneself.
~
Success is defined my quality of Life. But if You want to make money, Consider this... You can Never make as much money with Your Hands, as You can with Your Brain... Nerd is the new Cool my PeopleZ 👊

You either make Progress or make Excuses. There is no plateau. You cannot be good at both.
~
On the day to day, Hustling is the Bare Minimum. But in the grand scheme of things, One must learn to be patient because Success doesn’t occur overnight.
~
It took 4yrs of College, 4yrs of Medical School and then 4yrs of Residency before starting a practice that generated NEGATIVE income!
~
I hustled on the daily, making the late phone calls to the few patients I had to keep them happy and my practice afloat. But on a Macro level, I never lost sight of creating the Dream Team .
~
At times I felt crucified and burnt alive by unforeseen circumstances. I questioned God, The Universe, WTF??? But in the end, i allowed the pain to empower me and kept believing that all the obstacles were in place for the greater good.
~
Then NINE YEARS LATER, after a total of 21yrs of micro Hustling, The Macro Dream came into fruition! I hear Young guns saying to me... “I worked my A$$ off for the past 6months and I’m going nowhere”.
~
Well... the question is, “Are You willing to do the S**t You don’t want to do NOW, to get what You want in Life LATER”? Always remember that Delayed Gratification is the True and Only pathway to success (unless You get lucky). Succeed in Yourself my PeopleZ 👊
