Your breath is the way in to your embodiment. Embodiment is your fullest expression of the Vital Forces of Aliveness.

As we move deeper into this season of rest, notice what you notice when you hear the Truth. Whether it comes from something outside of yourself or your own thoughts.

May you rest well this season, actively surrendering that which is already complete.

May this be the last SM post you read. Delete this app and go look into the eyes of love, even if they are in the mirror.

Autumn is a time for preparation, letting go of what we don't need for the winter season of rest and reflection.
Our society has an unnatural tendency for frenzy and a rush to consumption as we head into the winter holidays. It can be challenging to hold roots in the principles that sustain inner peace.

My Autumn retreat is an invitation to start each week with a gentle supported practice to nurture your natural state of inner peace.
Somatic meditation (yoga nidra), mindful somatics (gentle movement), breathwork (pranayama), and sound healing.

Healing is a return to wholeness, a remembrance of wholeness. We each have our own rhythm of remembering and forgetting. There is no guru, healer, program or supplement that will lead you back to yourself without honoring your own Rhythm of remembering that your wholeness is greater than your suffering.
I am eternally grateful to my teachers who taught me to work an inside job and walk the walk before I talk the walk.

It's time to close the book on the chapters of your life that are complete.
There comes a time for processing to end. There is a time to end the telling of the processing. When integration is complete, you let go for good and close the book.
This is the kind of completion that comes with somatic (body) integration. Your mind analyzes, your tissues remember, your nervous system heals and your spirit is returned to the right station of your guiding light.
