The combination of the smooth peanut butter, crunchy pretzel, and sweet chocolate is the perfect trifecta! Simply fill in a pretzel with peanut butter, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, freeze, dip in melted chocolate, and place in the fridge until ready to enjoy!

Here are the brands I used: Mini grain-free pretzels -
Natural peanut butter - (from the fridge, so it is thicker and not so runny)
White chocolate & natural colorants -

These Chocolate Covered Clementine Hearts are so simple and fun for Valentine’s Day!

These Penguin Sugar Cookies are so simple to make, and fun to create with the kiddos!

You can use packaged sugar cookie mix if you’re short on time, but I’ve included the recipe for my go-to paleo sugar cookies! They’re made with only a handful of ingredients and are perfect for cookie cutouts!

✨ Penguin Sugar Cookies ✨
Paleo Sugar Cookie Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
Other Ingredients:
1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
orange candies
candy eyes (or a mini chocolate chip added to a dot of white chocolate)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Mix together the almond flour, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and egg.
Roll out the dough on a piece of parchment paper to 1/4 inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out circles. Bake cookies for 8 minutes, or until the edges turn golden.
Let the cookies cool completely. Once cool, dip the cookie in dark chocolate, turn so that the edge of the chocolate is at the top middle, and dip in again.
Before the chocolate hardens, add the orange candy (cut a bit of the side off to help it attach) and two candy eyes.
Place in the fridge for 5 minutes to completely harden and enjoy!

The highlight of today’s snow day was making this Maple Taffy that tastes just like a sugar daddy, but is made with only maple syrup!

To make the Maple Taffy:
❄️ Pack down clean snow.
❄️ Boil maple syrup until it reaches approximately 240F. Definitely use a bigger saucepan than you think, because it will boil much higher. Transfer to a pourable container.
❄️ Pour the maple syrup over the snow. Wait 10 seconds, then roll with a lollipop stick. Enjoy!

This Viral Japanese Cheesecake totally lives up to the hype!

I swapped the Greek yogurt for gut-healthy Kefir and Farmer Cheese, since kefir provides a more comprehensive microbiome boost than Greek yogurt. Farmer cheese is also probiotic-rich!

I simple blended them together, poured into a container, added refined sugar free grahams, refrigerated overnight and enjoyed!!
