We are living in some challenging times today and many people are struggling with dealing with these issues that we face today. Several of these challenges are affecting us in several ways directly and indirectly. If you are suffering from trauma, anxiety, and substance abuse I am here to assist you on your journey in coming up with positive coping skills to manage your life. I have 17 years of experience working with the mental health and substance abuse population. My style focuses on how outside relationships affects your wellbeing. Personal relationships are the center of problems that we face. Improving our outside relationships may help understand how past events affect our thought process, work together to discover the root of the issue and understand how generational trauma creates negative patterns in our lives. I will provide a comfortable environment to discuss various topics.
