We’re inviting caregivers across Maricopa County to share their perspective in our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey. Your input helps shape programs, services, and support for caregivers and the people you care for.

The survey is open to all residents ages 13+ and takes just a few minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous.

A new measles case has been confirmed in a Maricopa County resident, with no known source of exposure, highlighting the ongoing risk of local spread.

A new exposure location has also been identified. If you were at any of the locations listed in these images or at the link below, please watch for symptoms and contact a healthcare provider if you feel sick. Call ahead before going in so care teams can help protect others.
