Making a return

Hello friends and family it’s been a while.... as you already know I once again fell of the wagon and fell into my old habits. This is one of my biggest challenges in my life but I’m not giving up here I go again. It’s been a crazy season for me and my way out and comfort has always been food and I know you all can relate somehow. For many of us it
May not be food it can be drugs, money, materialism, etc. but it’s a constant Battle everyday.

The key is the renewing of your mind, training yourself to choose what's best for you and not what's easiest or tastiest... sounds so easy right ... NOT!!!!!

Lol I have a plan and my plan is to everyday wake up and look at the mirror and tell myself good things and encourage myself everyday morning and night.

I’m going to surround myself with people that encourage me which I already do but instead of saying “YEAH I KNOW” when we talk about my health, I will change my vocabulary to “I WILL AND I AM”. I will work out, I will live a healthy life, I AM capable, I am victorious, I will succeed!

I’m tired of missing life ... no more. The renewing of my mind begins ..
