Rainy Day Pet Tips! 🌧️🐶🐱
When the weather is gloomy, keeping our pets safe and happy is extra important!

☔ Dry those paws – Wipe feet and bellies after going outside to prevent irritation and slipping indoors.
🏠 Indoor enrichment – Puzzle toys, treat hunts, or short training sessions help burn energy when outdoor time is limited.
⚡ Watch for anxiety – Thunder and heavy rain can be scary. Create a cozy, quiet space and offer comfort as needed.
🌿 Avoid standing water – Puddles can contain bacteria and parasites—best to steer clear!
🚪 Leash up – Wet weather and loud noises can cause pets to bolt unexpectedly.

Rainy days don’t have to be ruff—just a little extra care goes a long way! 💙🐾

Pike Road Mobile Vet Services is all about community and connection. We are asking our clients to keep Chera and her family in your thoughts and prayers and to be with the medical team that is taking care of her.

Tonight, we are asking our church and community to come together in prayer.

Our Kids Minister, Chera Doty, was involved in a serious car accident and was life flighted to Baptist South where she is currently in critical condition. Chera is a deeply loved member of Century Church and the Pike Road community and we know there is a strong desire to gather and pray.

Because of this, there will be no 100Y Youth gathering tonight. Instead, Century Church will host a community prayer vigil at 6:00 PM.

We invite our church family, students, parents, and anyone in the community to join us as we pray—for healing, for strength, and for God’s peace and presence to surround Chera and the Doty family.

There will be no programming this evening, just a simple space to come, sit, worship, and pray together.

BIG MOVES COMING THIS YEAR for Pike Road Mobile Veterinary Services (look at #2 on the list)! 🤞🙏🤩

We have an opportunity to grow our business in an amazing place, thanks to Pet Palace Hotels, to be able to provide in-clinic care to the animals of Pike Road and Montgomery surrounding communities! This is a HUGE opportunity for us and we are so excited for what is to come!
