We are currently expanding our team!

Elevate Health is a clinician-owned, mission-driven mental health practice providing medication management for children, adolescents, and adults.

We’re looking for independently licensed therapists (LCSW-C, LCPC, or Psychologist) in Maryland, Virginia, or DC to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients via telehealth and or in-person
• Conduct diagnostic intakes and risk assessments
• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, motivational
interviewing, and trauma-informed care
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers for coordinated treatment
• Maintain timely, insurance-compliant documentation in the EHR
• Participate in peer consultation and help shape future programs and specialty tracks

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland or Virginia and DC independent license: LCSW-C, LCPC, or Psychologist
• Ability to practice and bill independently (no supervision required)
• Comfortable providing telehealth
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally attuned care
• Active NPI and CAQH profile (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred (but not required)

• 1–3+ years of outpatient therapy experience post-licensure
• Additional licenses in DC, VA, or willingness to obtain
• Experience with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, or women’s mental health
• Previous collaboration with psychiatric prescribers
• Experience with insurance-based practice
• Desire to grow within a developing group practice

Compensation & Schedule

• 1099 independent contractor model
• Competitive pay: typically $60–$100 per session depending on license and experience,
with upside as caseload grows
• Paid twice monthly via direct deposit
• Flexible scheduling, build the days that work for you
• Caseload growth supported through internal referrals
