Southern Hemp co., CBD oil, medical marijuana, cannabis and moonshine is the definition of who we are. Anything Hemp-related is a hot commodity, currently. This is only going to grow as the infrastructure for the industry grows. Kentucky, and the region are facing two large problems-health issues and job loss due to the coal industry down spiral. We believe both can start to be remedied by Cannabis. Hemp farming and processing will start to bring much-needed agricultural dividends to families who desperately need a financial lifeline. More pointedly, Hemp-derived CBDs will not only give area farmers a guaranteed cash-crop, but also speak to many in the region suffering from debilitating health conditions, from Epilepsy and Dravet Syndrome to ADHD and Anxiety disorders. This is why we fight. This is why we work to learn more, every day.With a Hemp biofuel facility w/ a 1,000 acre hemp grow, we can produce 10,000 gallons of Hemp biofuel per day. Through this and a Hemp-derived CBD extraction facility and farm, we can potentially employee up to 500 individuals, breathing new life into the area economy and giving up to 500 families some semblance of a normal life back.
