Tomorrow evening we are holding our weekly sound supported breathwork session, and I want to personally invite anyone who has been feeling curious but unsure.
These small group sessions are intentionally calm, grounded, and accessible. This is not intense breathwork. There is no pushing, no performing, and no expectation to share. Just guided breath, supportive sound, and space to settle your nervous system after a long day.
If you have been feeling overstimulated, tight in your body, or like your system has not had a chance to fully land lately, this is exactly what this offering is for.
Sometimes the most meaningful sessions are the first ones, when the space is quiet and the container is still forming. If it feels like something your body has been asking for, you are welcome here.
