Join us in celebrating our February Petal Award winner, Melody Phillips! 🎉

Melody is a dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) in our ICU department. A patient and her daughter recently nominated Melody after a 19-day hospital stay, deeply touched by her outstanding work ethic and compassionate spirit.

The family shared how Melody consistently went out of her way to check on them, offering a warm smile and a calming presence that brought peace to their room. They noted that she always gives 110% of herself, making sure every patient feels seen and truly cared for.

To celebrate her well-deserved award, Melody received a beautiful bouquet of flowers generously donated by The Petal Shoppe.💐
