The bluebonnet is the official state flower of Texas — and has been since 1901. It blooms wild across Texas each spring, painting miles of roadside in brilliant blue.
My state presentation costume pays tribute to this iconic bloom — from the oversized blue hat to the flowing braid, every detail was crafted with intention. So detailed. So thought out. So Texas.
