Wow! My spine(and yours) is an antenna! I believe Tesla recognized this. I quoted him in my talk on Galactic Light Language a few years ago. Yes! Here it is, Nikola Tesla is known for saying, "My thoughts serve as a channel—like an antenna that resonates with the profound frequencies of the Universe. Somewhere out there lies a central wellspring—a boundless reservoir of knowledge, vitality, and insight. Though I have not yet deciphered its secrets, I hold one truth close: it is undeniably real, and it communicates with those who are willing to hear."

Red… tearful eyes… eye bags and whatcha don’t see is the heating pad on my stomach because mannnnn the endometriosis is not playing nice today 

I have the happiest of tears …
This book that’s in my hands.. this book is my life
It’s what my life was until I decided NO FN MORE
It’s the pain…. The addiction … the loss
The surrender….. the reclaiming of my life

Some of these chapters are filled with the moments
Breaths
And
Days
That you know….
I wasn’t sure I’d make it to the next morning
And some … that honestly….
I didn’t want to wake up

To healing
Im still healing…
And through this gift of second chances
And forgiveness… of healing
I am blessed to use my story as a testament
As inspiration, a hug and LOVE

I’ve always loved Louise Hay. I began working with affirmations back in the 1990s as a way to gently transform how I thought about myself, my life, and how I showed up in the world. To this day, I encourage my counseling and coaching clients to record a list of affirmations in their own voice and listen to them at least once a day for 21 days—then simply notice what unfolds. It never fails… at least for those who truly engage with the practice.

For years, people dismissed positive self-talk as nonsense, weird, or “too woo-woo.” And yet—ta-da!—neuropsychological research now confirms what many of us intuitively knew: repeating meaningful, positive thoughts helps create new neural pathways. These new pathways become the ones we respond from, while the old, negative, judgmental self-talk begins to weaken and fade.

So the question is… which pathways would you choose to strengthen?

Here’s one to begin with. It’s the intention I shared with friends on January 1st, and the experience I’m choosing to focus on this year: JOY.
