The November Meditation Is Here ๐Ÿ‚

Every month, I record a short meditation, a free tool you can use to support yourself in slowing down, carving out time for you, and practicing mindfulness.

In my work with individuals and groups, we often talk about what it means to be in practice. Being in practice means actually using tools that you have that help you stay connected to yourself and grounded in the present moment.

Mindfulness doesnโ€™t come from one meditation session. It grows through regular practice โ€” through moments of awareness woven into your daily life.

Take a few minutes this month to pause, breathe, and reconnect. The November meditation is a great place to begin.

I lead the Restorative Retreat four times per year, one every quarter.
