Garbry Ridge and Piqua Manor were excited to once again join Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley’s Annual Provider Fair as exhibitors.

The day was filled with insightful presentations covering topics such as late‑life su***de, MyCare Ohio, VA benefits, and Medicare scam awareness. Our booth stayed busy all day, and we had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people who share a passion for serving seniors.

🍽️ Lunch & Learn Recap – Thank You, Cornerstone Caregiving!

We had a wonderful Lunch & Learn today with Cornerstone Caregiving 👏. Our attendees gained valuable insights into caregiver services that help seniors successfully age in place 🏡, as well as how to contract support when it’s needed.

A special thank-you to Chef Ivan, who absolutely knocked lunch out of the park 👨‍🍳✨! Attendees enjoyed a delicious chicken breast with raspberry vinaigrette, potatoes, and asparagus—and the cheesecake for dessert was nothing short of phenomenal 🍰🤩.

We had a wonderful Town Hall meeting with the Miami County Commissioners and the Miami County Sheriff. 🤝

They provided a transparent and thorough explanation of the proposed temporary 0.5% sales tax on the upcoming ballot and how it would help create a safer, stronger Miami County. 🛡️🏘️

We truly appreciated their insight and the open dialogue with attendees. 💬

Our questions were addressed thoughtfully and answered with great care and understanding.
