32 weeks + breech, and trusting there is still so much time for baby to gently find her way 🤍
If your baby hasn’t turned head down yet, you’re not behind and nothing is “wrong.” This stage is an invitation to slow down, create space, and support your body in a way that allows baby to move with ease.
Some simple, supportive practices you can incorporate into your days:
• Forward-leaning inversions to encourage baby to lift and reposition
• Pelvic tilts on the birth ball to open and balance the pelvis
• Cat-cow movement to bring softness, mobility, and flow through the spine and belly
• Intentional rest, meditation, and breathwork to release tension and invite alignment
Consistency matters more than intensity—these don’t have to be long or perfect, just gentle and regular.
And just as important as the physical: speak to your baby, connect, trust the process. Babies respond to space, softness, and safety.
There is still time. There is still movement. There is still possibility. ✨
Holding space for you and your baby as you both find your rhythm.
