It is with great sadness to announce that we are leaving Pitkin to pursue the next chapter of our journey. Emily and I are both extremely greatful for the immense support and love provided to us from many of the Pitkinites! I hate to leave so many people I have grown so close to over the last two years but circumstances have forced us to change direction. It is our main focus to be happy with ourselves and pursue both of our college degrees to the fullest. We will be back someday for visitation and I will still be around the area for a period of time. I hope you all have a great winter even if it seems it’s started a little earlier than anyone expected! Take care of yourselves and enjoy the beauty laid out before you in this miraculous valley. Again, thank you so much and y’all will be missed! ❤️

We will be going on a very much needed vacation and will be out of touch until Monday, August 24th. If it is an emergency, call twice in a row or send a text message saying “urgent” to reach me. The ditches are on!!

The ditches are on which means yard work can go full swing! This seasons lawn equipment is up and running and just waiting to start cutting! With that being said, I mentioned in a previous post about doing a lawn rejuvenation to start off this season of lawn care to brighten up your yard! It will consist of rock picking and dirt mound raking (from all those winter and critter damages), a full lawn mow and trim, as well as aerating and spreading of fertilizer! In this process I will be watering the whole area lightly, two times. With that being said, running water will be needed from the ditch pump! If you haven’t made it to town yet and would like this service, I will also install ditch pumps if needed. Nothing better to spend doing on your Labor Day than some good labor with Lord’s Labor! We have had an amazing time so far this year with all the lovely people here in the valley! We look forward to spending the next few years here and continuing to grow! Although y’all have already been amazing, I ask one more thing. I just want to inform everyone that Lord’s Labor will continue operating on through snowfall! We are going to be providing a concierge service as well as snow removal. We’re back!!! We are back from vacation and full steam ahead to get work done! To my mowing clients, this week is catch up and I will be around town mowing! To those who call when mowing is needed, call me if you need your property done. Also, we started our classes at Western today! Don’t worry, we will still be working full steam ahead!
