“Normal” isn’t the same as "Optimal" when it comes to hormones.
Your labs are "normal"....
But you're exhausted.
You've gained 15 pounds.
Your drive is basically non-existent.
“Normal” just means you’re inside the lab reference range. For testosterone, that's a HUGE range (from roughly 250-1000ng/dl depending on the lab)
So for example, let's say when you were 28 your average was 900ng/dl. And now you're 38, and it's 300ng/dl.
