I'm joining the Hygge New Year event and Reiki Healing session.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive complementary energy practice developed in Japan.
I'm a Reiki Master from Japan, and I specialize in quick energy resets. In just 20 minutes, a session can help you feel grounded and clear the stress of your day.
Consider exploring Reiki if you are looking to:

It is the first time to join this practice, it'll cost $15. It'll be $10 from the second time.

My Reiki style is Gendai Reiki.
However, all styles of Reiki practitioners are welcome. People with no Reiki experience are also welcome.
I'd also love to introduce my Reiki style Gendai Reiki. The practice is great opportunity to do selfcare as well.

I posted about me about 4years ago.
I'd like to introduce myself again.

My name is Ai(愛) which means Love in english and I am a Reiki master from Japan.
Before I knew about Reiki, I didn't take care of myself well and tried to look outside world of me. When I was having a difficult time, I had the opportunity to get to know Reiki through Naho who is the first teacher of my Reiki.
I received Reiki sessions from her for a while and then felt something inside me changed little by little after the sessions.
I felt the environment surroundings me and myself have changed as well.

I decided to learn Gendai Reiki ho which is modern style of Usui Reiki Ryo-ho. I studied it under both Hiroshi Doi sensei and Naho.
I became a Reiki master / teacher certified by the Gendai Reiki Healing Association in 2017.
Reiki master is not a goal of Reiki. I still have been learning Reiki every day since I became a Reiki master.

Reiki is not mysterious thing and doesn't transform you into a special person. It is not also just hand-healing technique.
Reiki helps to return our body's energy to a good balance state and makes our lives peaceful, abundantly and meaningful.

I would like to introduce the benefits of Reiki and how it can be used to improve your well-being.

If those things change, you'll see that your world will change.
Your world cannot be controlled by anybody and anything. You just need to change yourself.

Gendai Reiki ho (Reiki) is a method that helps you change your mind, thought, consciousness, and behavior in order to return yourself to who you were.

Gendai Reiki-ho class is available in Squirrel Hill South pittsburgh PA . You'll learn the class with the official manuals of GRN.
