Sick of salads? This is how I stay on track (and sane!)

I found a way to keep my meals satisfying AND reach my fitness goals.

Here's my strategy:

Breakfast & Lunch: I stick to high-protein, low-cal choices like cottage cheese, yogurt, and eggs. Keeps me full for hours! 💪

Dinnertime Fun: This is where I indulge in favorites like pizza, burgers, even big bowls of cereal! 🎉

The Math: Because my overall calories are still in a deficit, my body taps into fat stores, even with those tasty treats!

It's all about balance, not restriction. This makes hitting my health targets feel way easier (and way more fun!)

Ever wish you had boundless energy to chase the kids without feeling winded?

Turns out, it's possible – here's my secret…

🤔 Question the Doubt: Negative thoughts pop up, that's normal!

Instead of fighting them, I let them chill for a bit.

They usually drift away on their own.

🗓️ Prep is My Secret Weapon: I plan my gym time, workouts, even meals ahead of the week.

Smoother routines mean I stick to my goals.

🔥 My Why Lights the Fire: Why am I doing this?

For more energy to keep up with the kids, to be around for my future grandkids... that's my fuel.

⚡️THE POWER OF REPETITION ⚡️

And how it can change your LIFE!

I am going to start this convo off with a BOLD statement…

… YOU ARE WHERE YOUR ATTENTION IS. Period.

This can be a good or bad thing.

It’s bad if your attention is constantly on worry, anxious thoughts, or ‘potential’ stressful situations. Because this becomes WHO you are which leads to a host of health problems…

But on the other hand…

… armed with this knowledge, you can simply change your attention.

Now, notice I said simple and not easy. Keeping your attention on WHAT you want takes work.

We get so bombarded in our day-to-day lives with things that cause anxious thoughts which lead to overwhelm and stress.

So let me bring you back to how we make this simple.

𝗣𝗨𝗧 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗦

Quite literally, you have to reset EVERY SINGLE DAY and refocus your mind on what you want.

There's really no days off here. If you REALLY want transformation, you must become the kind of person who can control their emotions, their mind, and their identity.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲:

🏃Move your body every day (no exceptions)
🍎Fuel your body with REAL whole foods.
🧘‍♀️Practices mindfulness to become more present
🌬Practices deep breathing to calm emotions
🏋Lift weights (like heavyish weights) 3-4x a week.
😴Shut off the TV / Ipad / Etc and rest your body

You can’t just do these kinds of things once in a while. You’ve got to be relentless with making them WHO you are.

Falling off track is one thing.

But NOTHING can beat the power of repetition.

It doesn’t matter how slowly you go as long as you don’t give up along the way.

I've been hearing a lot of people talk about different extreme workout challenges lately...

🚫75 Hard

🚫250 miles of cycling in a month

🚫5k a day...

It's great to test your limits mentally and physically but what is the goal with these exactly?🤔

Unless you're already in pretty decent shape I wouldn't recommend these types of challenges.

More often than not I see people working WAYYY harder than they have to to reach their health, fitness, and physique goals.🥵

And choosing to exercise daily is sure fire way to get yourself injured and burnt out.😭

There's a much much easier way.💪
