AED'S Are a critical part of CPR! They can shock a quivering heart back into a normal rhythm.

‼️ Turn AED on.

‼️ Place AED leads on the victim's chest according to the pictures on the leads.

‼️ Carefully follow the AED'S prompts to allow it to analyze the heart rhythm and provide a shock to the victim.

‼️ When the AED is ready to provide a shock, the button will flash🔺.

‼️ Be sure to yell "EVERYONE CLEAR!" before analyzing heart rhythm and AGAIN before giving the shock.

‼️ Once the shock has been given, resume chest compressions.
