I’m Larissa Lyons. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Mindfulness Guide. I cater to women in their 20-30’s who are motivated to build physical strength, mental resilience, mindful awareness, and insane confidence. My mission is to help you strengthen your body and your mind and re-connect with your inner warrior. We do this by overcoming physical obstacles and using mindfulness to recognize the bullsh*t we tell ourselves…then we move through it and rise up. I do this through 100% tailor-made programming for each woman that I work with. Everything is customized for you: your workouts, your stretching and foam-rolling exercises, your nutrition, your mindset techniques. There’s no cookie cutter programming here. Your workouts are based on your goals and experience, as well as a physical assessment that you’ll complete where I note any movement compensations you may have. This assessment is repeated monthly. I help you address those movement compensations with personalized stretching and foam-rolling exercises, and I also take your compensations into consideration when I create your workouts. Your nutrition plan is completely customized as well, based on your goals, your current eating habits, and your relationship with food. I do NOT prescribe meal plans; I teach you how to confidently choose your food to optimize your nutrition for your goals and health! Your mindset plan is based on where your head is currently at! Meaning it will change and morph over time, depending on what you need. We may use affirmations, visualization, meditation, and journaling, among other techniques. Your MIND is the most important part of this – if you are not paying attention, your mind will take the easy way out, come up with excuses, and tell you bullsh*t stories. I teach you how to recognize these limiting thoughts so that you can come out knowing how truly capable you are. On each of these aspects, I make sure to check in with you regularly; we are constantly evaluating and evolving this program to work for YOU. I offer one-to-one training in 3-, 6-, and 12-month packages. Programs shown on my website are 100% virtual. I offer in-person training at an additional cost if you are in the Pittsburgh area. All of my programs utilize my mobile app where you can find and track your workouts, exercise progress like reps and weight, nutrition and mindset habits, progress photos, food log photos, and more. I am available via email and app communication throughout the entirety of your program. Each program includes an optional monthly zoom call, and I make sure to check in on you at least weekly.
