Join NAMI Main Line PA for a free, online mental health youth group, “Stay Well, Build Your Skills.” The group is for teens in grades 8th-12th, and will focus on learning skills to manage emotions and cope with academic, social, and community stressors. The group will meet via Zoom every other week on Thursday nights. The first session is Thursday, February 26, at 7pm. Learn more at https://namimainlinepa.org.

Join NAMI Main Line PA for a hybrid NAMI Family-to-Family Course. The group will meet on Monday nights from 6 to 8:30 PM, beginning on Monday, February 23.
