After a much-needed vacation and an inspiring journey through Europe scouting future retreat spots…. ✨ Mi Alma Yoga is ready to open its doors at our new home:

This trip has been a lot of many first: First time taking yoga in German 🇩🇪, first class in Switzerland 🇨🇭…
Pretty sure she said “breathe” and not “bratwurst”… but I flowed with it 🧘‍♂️😂
