For this beautiful patient, a preservation rhinoplasty allowed us to refine - not replace - her natural features. By gently reducing the nasal hump, creating a softer, more feminine dorsum, lifting and refining the nasal tip, and harmonizing her nose with the rest of her facial features, we were able to achieve a result that feels both elegant and effortless.
