This is not a political comment.
I don't care and really never have cared whether you are a Democrat, Republican, Liberal, or No Party.
This is a comment about humanity and decency.
I don't care about what religion you choose or if you don't believe. I am quoting the Bible here because many people know who Jesus is, and he shared love and only love. (If you choose, you can find messages like this from many worthy leaders.)
What I do care about is how you treat others.
Do you show empathy and compassion? Can you put yourself in someone else's shoes and try to understand what they are going through?
I am appalled at what is being allowed to go on in the USA right now! What has happened to us? I know there has always been greed, hate, and fear, but this is absolutely out of control.
It is time that we ALL reevaluate our priorities for this life. It is time that we show compassion for each other and realize that we are ALL part of the same human race, no matter what color our skin, what religion we believe in, or who we choose to love. We are ALL Divine beings having a human experience. I urge you today to look in the mirror. Put yourself in the same position that these people are in. What would you do to feed and protect your family? What would happen to you and your family if you were not lucky enough to be born in the USA? Come on, people, WE CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!

Bigotry is the fact of having and expressing strong, unreasonable beliefs and disliking other people who have different beliefs or a different way of life. This has been going on from the beginning of time, and it is time we stop it!
