Pittsburgh Physical Medicine & Chiropractic

Pittsburgh Physical Medicine & Chiropractic At Pittsburgh Physical Medicine, we focus on restoring motion and rehabilitation of any movable joint in the body. He hasn't looked back since.

We specialize in giving our patients the best combination of natural and holistic pain treatment. From the first day of treatment to the last day of your pain-relief program, you can rest easy and know that you are receiving the best in our “patient-centered” healthcare facility. You will receive one-on-one care from a doctor, providing you with the comforting feeling that you are receiving the best care possible from the highest trained professionals in the area. Our focus is on giving each of our patients the total attention and care they need to get rid of pain fast, and help them stay pain-free longer. After a complete evaluation is performed and your diagnosis has been given, a specific and individualized care program will be recommended to speed up your recovery. We focus first on relieving the inflamed and injured areas using chiropractic and physical therapy modalities. After the inflammation is relieved, you will focus on rehabilitating the weakened and injured areas to help give them the strength they need to heal and stay pain-free. This way, we can not only relieve your pain, but also have them functioning at their fullest potential. The concentration on the reconditioning of your spine and your mobility will help alleviate your pain, and aid in recovering from fatigue, as well. Most fatigue shows itself as sore and achy muscles post-activity, or bright and early in the morning. These unique exercises pay special attention to increasing the strength of your spine and enhancing your activity and flexibility. The major difference with our spinal rehabilitative programs is that our focus is centered on the improvement of the spinal discs. By combining chiropractic care, spinal decompression, muscle and tendon therapy, and rehabilitation exercises, we can help, not only lower the inflammation on the injured discs, but also help to rehydrate and heal them. Forget about those long-term treatment plans you have encountered before. Patients are typically treated on a two-week basis. This shorter treatment plan ensures you are never plateauing. Instead, you are continually progressing to your fullest potential before being released to do the things you love. If you are not getting better in the short term, it is time to change roads. When you are ready to take the next step to a pain-free, happier life, then please call our office to speak directly with a physician to see if Pittsburgh Physical Medicine is your answer. ABOUT THE DOCTOR

Dr. Justin Foltz grew up in DuBois, Pennsylvania where he was actively involved in anything athletic-related. Since the age of 14, Dr. Foltz has been passionate about exercise and infatuated with the way it can change the way you feel and look. Growing up, he suffered from a minor weight problem where poor diet and lack of exercise were major contributing factors. His transformation started when, like most kids, he was looking for things to do until he could get a ride home from school. Given that golden opportunity, instead of goofing off with friends, he decided to join the local YMCA and start lifting weights to improve his athletic abilities. He went on to win multiple high school power-lifting competitions, and finished multiple half marathons with a personal best of 1:30. Following his dream, he went on to pursue a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science from the prestigious University of Pittsburgh. While studying at the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Foltz spent his free time working for the University Fitness Staff. Here, he excelled at helping fellow students, athletes, and faculty in achieving the level of health and optimal performance they have always dreamed of through natural health solutions. This is when he fell even further in love with the human body, and how it functioned. The only thing he did not know was how to fix it when it broke! Realizing his passion and skills, he decided to further enhance his education by enrolling in the Chiropractic program at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. Since then, his mission has been to help as many people as possible change their lives for better and to actually start “living” again!
