Happy Friday, all! The Western Pa. Beekeeping Seminar kicks off this evening with a speaker/vendor meet-and-greet social in the school cafeteria from 6:30–7:30 PM.

Please bring a potluck snack to share with your fellow beekeepers. Bottled water will be provided. (Note: No alcohol is permitted on school grounds.) Registration check-in will also be open from 6:00–6:45 PM on Friday so you can get checked in and avoid the Saturday morning rush.

Saturday will be a packed day full of speakers, vendors, and more! Tickets will be available at the door Saturday morning, so it’s not too late to attend.

Good morning Beeks!

This is your last chance to get online tickets at the $80 price point. Tonight at midnight, online ticket sales will close.

Tickets will be available the morning of the seminar; however, the price increases to $90, and you will not be guaranteed a complimentary lunch. Order your tickets today to save some money and ensure you have a hot meal to fuel you through the event.

🍯 Honey Donation
We encourage all attendees to bring a one-pound jar of their honey to donate to a local food pantry. Anyone who donates will receive a free raffle ticket for our amazing seminar raffles.

Early registration will be available from 6:00–6:30 PM to help you avoid the busier Saturday morning rush. Plinko, the 50/50, and raffle games will also be available during the meet & greet.

The seminar committee will provide bottled water, and we ask that attendees bring a snack to share. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted per school policy.

We are down to our final 3 days of online ticket sales for the Western Pa. Beekeeping Seminar! After January 31st, online ticket sales will close. You will still be able to get tickets at the door on February 7th, BUT you will not be guaranteed a lunch from the seminar.

We hope everyone who traveled to the North American Honey Bee Expo has made it home safely. Now it’s time to gear up for the Western PA Beekeeping Seminar, just 26 days away! That’s right, the event will be here in a little over three weeks.

Our planning committee is hard at work preparing another outstanding seminar featuring engaging speakers, beekeeping industry vendors, fun games, a great lunch, and plenty of opportunities to network with fellow beekeepers.

As we kick off 2026, we want to thank you for being part of the Western Pennsylvania and surrounding areas beekeeping community. We wish you a happy, healthy New Year and a productive season ahead for both you and your bees.

As a reminder, the Western PA Beekeeping Seminar is coming up soon, and we’re looking forward to another great day of learning, networking, and sharing ideas with fellow beekeepers. 🎟️ Ticket Info & Pricing - This year, we’re excited to introduce a new ticketing platform designed specifically for non-profit organizations like ours, helping to keep fees lower and the process smoother for everyone.

At checkout, you will see an option to add a small donation to help cover processing costs. This donation is completely optional and you’re welcome to set it to zero if you prefer. We appreciate any support, but there’s absolutely no pressure!

Early bird tickets (starting Wednesday) $70 per person
