1)Protein daily as part of the plate at every meal but not to the exclusion of all else
2)Don’t fret so much about the minutia of macros or grams, but do consider the quality
3)Incorporate protein foods you like, can prepare, can afford and will eat
4)Realize that protein + resistance exercise is the recipe for a strong supporting structure- Yes AND- not either or
