🌟 Success Spotlight: Peggy’s 52-Week Transformation 🌟
I’m thrilled to highlight one of my amazing clients in this month’s Success Spotlight Series!
Meet Peggy, a 53-year-old busy mom of three and full-time physical therapist who provides care to her clients in their homes. With long hours on the road and emotionally demanding work, she often turned to fast food, sweet iced tea, and skipped meal prep simply because her schedule was packed.
But this past year, she committed to making small, consistent changes—and the results have been incredible. In just 52 weeks, she lost 52 pounds and lowered her BMI by 8.5 points! 👏

💫 Balanced approach: She allowed herself regular little treats, but downsized portions—like ordering a smaller drink or enjoying a smaller portion of dessert.

💫 Family workouts: Evenings became a time to connect with her daughters through exercise, whether resistance training or aerobic workouts they discovered together online.
💫 Accountability: She prioritized regular appointments, often checking in at 8 a.m. before her busy workday. If her schedule required her to start earlier, she switched to telehealth so she wouldn’t miss a session.
💫 Mindset shift: Instead of making excuses or depriving herself, she focused on how good it feels to have energy. In her words, “I’d rather feel good and have energy than eat a dessert.”
